If I had to sum my work experience up in one sentence, it would be this: “I coordinate and track projects through the agency process, ensuring the highest quality and execution.” I am able to provide top-notch service to my current clients while building relationships and creatively approaching everyday situations. I deliver projects on time and on budget. Phone calls are rarely missed and emails are always responded to on the same day.
What I don’t do is graphic design or write major press releases. What I do is coordinate the production of them. While it falls under the guise of good project management, what it really comes down is building excellent relationships. I have built relationships with my internal team to the point where they are willing to drop everything to build my personal website (thanks, Cynthia!) I have built relationships with clients to where they call me for projects that aren’t even what I normally do but they trust me to get it done. I have single-highhandedly turned around a relationship with a client we were sure was going to drop us.
